Day 1: Palermo
Arrival at the airport, transfer to the hotel. Welcome drink, free dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Palermo / Monreale
After breakfast, visit to the city of Palermo with the Cathedral, the Martorana Church as well as a panoramic tour of the historic centre, and depart to Monreale. Visit the Cathedral and the Benedectine Cloister. After lunch time at leisure or possibility of an optional tour to the Catacombs, Mount Pellegrino (the sacred mountain of Palermo) and the village of Mondello. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Segesta / Erice / Selinunte
After a buffet breakfast depart for Segesta. Visit of the Doric Temple dating back to the V° century B.C.; visit of Erice, a small and charming medieval town located 750 mt above the sea level. Lunch at the restaurant. In the afternoon visit of Selinunte, ancient Greek colony, visit of the archeological area. Ovenight in Selinunte or Agrigento.

Day 4: Agrigento / Piazza Armerina
After breakfast visit to the Valley of the Temples including the Temple of Juno, Concordia, Heracles, Zeus and Castor and Pollux. Continuing to Piazza Armerina. Lunch at the restaurant. After lunch visit to the Roman villa del Casale, famed for its well preserved mosaics dating back to the III°-IV° century A.D. Continue to Catania. Overnight.

Day 5: Siracusa / Catania
After breakfast visit to Siracusa, the wealthiest of the ancient Greek towns. Visit to the archeological area including the famous latomie of Paradise and the “Ear of Dyonisos”, the Greek Theatre and the Roman Anphitheatre. Continuing the visit of Ortigia island with the famous Cathedral and the Aretusa Fountain. After lunch departure for Catania; panoramic tour of the city. Leisure time. Overnight.

Day 6: Etna / Taormina
After breakfast, if weather conditions permit: an excursion to Mount Etna, the highest and most active volcano of Europe, ( 1800 mt). Continuing to Taormina. Visit to the Greek Theatre, and free time for shopping. Return to Catania. Overnight.

Day 7: Messina / Cefalù
After breakfast, departure to Messina, the city of the Strait, only three kilometers away from the Calabrian coast. Continuing to Cefalù and visiting the old town with its imposing Cathedral. Leisure time. Overnight in Palermo.

Day 8: Palermo
After breakfast, transfer to the airport.

Tour Dates:
This tour is guaranteed with a minimum of four persons.
Departures every Friday from Catania and every Monday from Palermo.
